Role Description
The State Head role at Shecommerz is a full-time, on-site position based in Halol. The State Head will oversee end-to-end operations within the state, including planning, executing, and monitoring last-mile distribution activities to meet service-level expectations for banking, multinational, and retail clients. This role involves leading and mentoring on-ground teams, managing regional partners,



and ensuring that customer experience standards are consistently met or exceeded. The State Head will coordinate with senior leadership on performance metrics, budgets, and process improvements, while maintaining compliance with company policies and local regulations. Daily responsibilities include reviewing operational reports, resolving escalations, optimizing routes and resources, and fostering strong relationships with clients and local stakeholders.

Qualifications
- Strong operational management skills, including experience overseeing multi-location or state-level distribution or logistics activities.
- Proven leadership, team management, and stakeholder engagement capabilities, with a track record of developing and guiding on-ground teams.
- Competence in planning, data-driven decision-making, and performance monitoring using dashboards, reports, and key metrics.
