Labonel Fine Baking is a premium patisserie brand with over 30 years of experience, known for quality, craftsmanship, and exceptional products.

We are looking for an Inventory Executive to manage inventory operations, stock accuracy, and material movement across the outlet/store.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing stock.
- Receive, inspect, and verify materials against purchase orders and invoices.
- Ensure proper storage and labeling of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products.
- Monitor stock levels and raise requirements based on consumption and minimum stock levels.
- Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Maintain inventory records in Excel/software and ensure data accuracy.
- Coordinate with the Purchase, Production, Kitchen, and Operations teams.
- Monitor stock expiry dates and follow FIFO/FEFO practices.
- Prepare daily, weekly,



and monthly inventory reports.
- Track wastage, damages, shortages, and stock adjustments.
- Ensure proper documentation for all stock transfers and issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized store area.
- Support periodic stock audits and assist in resolving inventory discrepancies.

Candidate Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in Inventory, Stores, Warehouse, Retail, Bakery, Hospitality, or FMCG.
- Good knowledge of stock management and inventory control.
- Basic to valuable knowledge of MS Excel and inventory software.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain proper documentation and records.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced food and hospitality environment.
