Job Description: Senior Accounts Manager
Location: Delhi / NCR

Education: Commerce Graduate (B.Com preferred)

Overview: The Senior Accounts Manager will be responsible for handling company accounts as well as personal accounts. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of accounting principles and hands-on experience in managing day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, GST and TDS returns, salary preparation, and personal accounting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Accounts Payable Management: Review and book expense vouchers and manage payment processes.
- Accounts Receivable Management: Ensure timely recovery of dues, credit control, posting receipts/payments, and bill-wise adjustments.
- Vendor and Customer Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts with vendors and customers, ensuring proper settlements.
- Tax Management: Prepare and file TDS and GST returns monthly.
- Bank Reconciliation: Perform bank reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies.
- Personal Accounting:



Manage personal accounts, income computation, and Individual Tax Returns (ITR).
- Salary and Payroll Management: Prepare payroll, ensuring compliance with PF and ESI norms.
- General Accounting: Handle day-to-day accounting functions and generate monthly expense summaries as required.

Skills and Competencies:
- Robust understanding of basic accounting concepts.
- Proficient in MS Excel (Vlookup, Pivot tables).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for drafting letters and emails.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Mandatory Criteria:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in corporate accounting.
- Commerce graduate.
- Knowledge of personal accounting, income computation, and tax filings.
- Experience in preparing and filing GST and TDS returns.
- Should be settled in the Delhi/NCR region.
