Role Description
The Relationship Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow, responsible for managing and deepening relationships with individual and institutional clients. This includes understanding client requirements,



recommending suitable real estate options, and guiding clients through the end-to-end property transaction cycle. The role involves regular client meetings, follow-ups, and presentations, as well as coordination with internal advisory, sales, and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. The Relationship Manager will track leads, maintain an updated pipeline in CRM tools, and work towards revenue and conversion targets while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. The role also includes staying updated on market trends, developer offerings, and regulatory norms to provide accurate and trustworthy advice.
