Shift timing - 4:00 PM to 01:30AM & 6:00PM to 03:30AM
Deliver and support health payer member enrollment, premium billing and payment application, provider demographic data updates and core medical claim processing.
Provide customer service, track and resolve provider and member inquiries.
Must have all Educational certificate (marksheet, university certificate etc)
