We are looking for experienced and motivated Freight Brokers to join our growing sales team. If you have robust communication skills, a passion for sales, and experience working in the US freight brokerage industry, we’d love to hear from you
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop strong relationships with shippers, customers, and carriers.
- Negotiate freight rates and maintain healthy profit margins.
- Source and book loads while ensuring smooth coordination between customers and carriers.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to revenue growth.
- Maintain existing customer relationships and work towards increasing business volume.
- Handle negotiations professionally while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed individual sales and performance targets.
Requirements
- 1–5 years of hands-on experience in Freight Brokerage / Freight Sales.
- Strong knowledge of the US logistics and freight market.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to generate business and maintain good sales margins.
- Experience handling active customers/accounts will be an added advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong relationship-building and problem-solving skills.
