Job Overview
This Position is to take care of instrumentation Maintenance activities in a fully Automated Gypsum plaster & Board Plant independently.
Skills Required
Knowledge on Maintenance & calibration of Level, Flow, Pressure & temperature Transmitters and Belt weigh feeders’ maintenance & Calibration is critical
Should have Hands on Experience in Siemens S7-400 PLC & WinCC SCADA Application
Should have good Knowledge on Fire Alarm Systems & CCTV.
Should have valuable Knowledge of Burner management Systems
Should have good knowledge on Weighing Systems like (Weigh Scales, Bins & Weigh bridges) maintenance & Calibration
Person should be self-driven, should have good interpersonal & team-work skills.
Knowledge of WCM, SAP & IMS systems will be an added advantage
