Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and disciplined Nursing Hostel Warden to manage the day-to-day operations of the nursing hostel and ensure a safe, clean, and supportive living setting for residents.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations and administration of the nursing hostel.
- Monitor attendance, in/out timings, and hostel discipline.
- Maintain hostel records, registers, and resident details.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper maintenance of hostel facilities.
- Address residents' concerns and coordinate with the HR/Admin team when required.
- Monitor hostel security and ensure compliance with hostel rules and regulations.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, security, maintenance, and other support staff.
- Handle emergencies and report incidents promptly to the concerned authorities.




- Conduct regular hostel inspections and ensure proper use of facilities.
- Maintain a positive and respectful environment for all residents.

Eligibility
- Any Degree / Diploma preferred.
- Previous experience as a Hostel Warden, Nursing Hostel Warden, Residential Warden, or similar role will be preferred.
- Experience in a hospital, educational institution, hostel, or residential facility is an added advantage.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage residents and handle situations calmly and professionally.
- Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
