Role & responsibilities

This is a senior, high-ownership position for someone who can think beyond campaign execution.

As Digital Marketing & Content Manager , you will work directly with the CEO to shape the companys marketing strategy, lead the internal team, manage external partners and ensure that marketing contributes meaningfully to business growth.

You will oversee strategy, content, performance, analytics, team management and execution under one clear marketing direction.

Acquest Advisors actively invests in AI, automation and marketing technology. The role offers significant exposure to advanced tools used for campaign optimisation, content workflows, lead nurturing, CRM processes, reporting and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead the overall digital marketing and content strategy in alignment with business goals.
- Work directly with the CEO on brand positioning, growth priorities and marketing plans.
- Plan and oversee integrated campaigns across digital, social, search, video, email and messaging platforms.




- Lead the internal marketing team and manage agencies, consultants and external partners.
- Define campaign objectives, budgets, timelines and performance benchmarks.
- Analyse campaign and team performance, identify gaps and improve lead quality, conversions and return on investment.
- Drive the adoption of AI, automation and marketing technology to improve efficiency, reporting and campaign outcomes.

Preferred candidate profile
- MBA, MMS or PGDM in Marketing, or B.Tech in Computer Science.
- Qualified certification in digital marketing.
- Experience in premium services, financial services, real estate, immigration, consulting, education or other high-value sectors will be an advantage.
- 45 years of strong experience in digital marketing, content strategy, growth marketing or performance marketing.
