Role Description
The Co-Founder role at Kakash Agro Pvt. Limited (Santtushti, Yummy Treat) is an on-site position based in the Greater Delhi Area. The Co-Founder will collaborate on defining and executing the company’s vision, growth strategy, product roadmap, and brand positioning across all categories,



including spices, sauces, beverages, and staples. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing operations, supply chain, and quality assurance; driving sales and marketing initiatives; and strengthening relationships with distributors, retailers, and bulk customers. The role involves analyzing market trends, identifying new product and channel opportunities, managing key financial and performance metrics, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and food safety standards. The Co-Founder will also contribute to building and leading cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of innovation, and representing the company in strategic partnerships and stakeholder discussions.
