Your work profile

1. Market Leadership & Client Service

• Support proposal development, client presentations and business development activities for HR M&A; opportunities.

• Build effective working relationships with HR, business and deal stakeholders.

• Deliver high-quality analyses and client-ready recommendations.

2. Pre-Deal Advisory and HR Due Diligence

• Conduct HR due diligence across organization structure, workforce, leadership, compensation and benefits, HR operations and employee relations.

• Identify people-related risks, costs, synergies and integration considerations.

• Collaborate with PMI, Strategy,



Tax and Technology teams in integrated diligence efforts.

3. Post-Deal Integration & Separation

• Support Day 1 readiness, integration planning and separation management activities.

• Assist in workforce transition planning, retention strategies, organization design and HR operating model alignment.

• Support TSA planning, synergy tracking and governance reporting.

4. Culture & Change Management

• Conduct stakeholder assessments and culture diagnostics.

• Support change impact assessments, communication planning and employee engagement activities.

• Develop training and adoption materials for transformation programs.

5. Practice Building

• Contribute to knowledge development, thought leadership and reusable assets.

• Coach junior team members and support capability-building initiatives.

- 2-8 years of relevant experience in HR Consulting, with exposure in HR due diligence, post-merger int
