The Solar Technician will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of solar power plant systems. The role includes electrical wiring, cable termination, testing, earthing, preventive maintenance, and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of solar PV systems and associated electrical equipment.

Roles & Responsibility
- Conduct site survey to evaluate the feasibility of solar energy installations.
- Install solar PV modules, mounting structures, DC/AC cables, junction boxes, combiner boxes, inverters, and related equipment.
- Carry out DC and AC cable laying, routing, dressing, and termination.
- Perform electrical connections as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Check module alignment, string connections, insulation, and continuity.
- Support testing and commissioning of solar power plant systems.
- Operate and monitor solar power plant equipment for safe and efficient generation.




- Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of solar PV systems.
- Inspect solar modules, inverters, cables, connectors, panels, and electrical equipment regularly.
- Identify and troubleshoot faults in DC and AC electrical systems.
- Tightening of connections, and replacement of defective components.
- Monitor plant performance and report abnormalities, faults, and generation losses.
- Maintain maintenance records, checklists, and daily operational reports.

Requirements
- Diploma in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field.
- Proven experience in solar energy project installation and operation and maintenance.
- Robust knowledge of solar photovoltaic (PV) technology, equipment, and systems.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
