About the role:

We are looking for a
Marketing Specialist – Content & Demand Generation
who is a strong content writer and understands how content can contribute to audience engagement, lead generation, and pipeline.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating content, understands B2B audiences, and wants to go beyond content production to actively contribute to demand generation.

What you'll do?
- Create high-quality content for LinkedIn, blogs, email campaigns, video scripts, and other marketing channels.
- Develop content aligned with our ICP, buyer personas, customer pain points, and marketing goals.
- Manage and support organic LinkedIn content and engagement, including meaningful interactions with target audiences.
- Research industry trends, customer challenges, and relevant topics to identify content opportunities.
- Repurpose content across different formats and channels to maximize reach and engagement.
- Support demand-generation campaigns, webinars, events, and other marketing initiatives through content and campaign execution.




- Identify and engage with relevant prospects and ICP accounts through social and content-led activities.
- Work closely with the marketing team to turn content and audience insights into demand-generation opportunities.
- Track content and campaign performance and use insights to improve future marketing activities.
- Collaborate with design, sales, and other teams to execute marketing initiatives.

What we are looking for?
- 3–4 years of experience in content marketing, B2B marketing, demand generation, or a similar role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience creating content for LinkedIn, blogs, email, and other marketing channels.
- Good understanding of B2B marketing and buyer journeys.
- Understanding of demand-generation principles and how content can contribute to lead generation.
- Robust research and storytelling skills.
