About the role
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Assistant Manager/Senior Design Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in utility-scale and rooftop/ground mount solar projects, with a strong foundation in solar pv design engineering, and energy yield analysis.
Key Skills Required
- PVsyst Proficiency in solar energy simulation and yield assessment
- SketchUp 3D modeling for solar plant layouts
- AutoCAD Electrical and civil design
- Arka360 (Solarlabs) Preliminary Design Analysis
- Solar Plant Layout Design End-to-end plant layout planning
- Electrical Design & SLD Preparation Single Line Diagram preparation and electrical system design
- Yield Assessment & Energy Generation Analysis Detailed energy modeling and performance analysis
- BOQ Preparation & Technical Documentation Bill of Quantities and supporting technical documentation
Candidate Profile
- Experience in Utility-Scale & Ground Mount and Rooftop Solar Projects
- Strong Solar Design Engineering Knowledge (knowledge on BESS design would be an advantage)
- Expertise in Design Optimization & Energy Yield Analysis
- Excellent Communication & Project Coordination Skills from Proposal to Detailed Design Engineering
