About the Position

Hotel AK Suites, Patiala is looking for a hardworking and responsible Kitchen Helper to support our kitchen team in daily food preparation, cleaning, and kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist chefs and kitchen staff with daily food preparation.
- Wash, peel, cut, and arrange vegetables and other ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and work areas.
- Clean and organize kitchen utensils, equipment, and workstations.
- Assist in receiving, arranging, and storing kitchen supplies.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
- Support the kitchen team during busy hours and hotel events.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of food items.
- Perform other kitchen-related duties assigned by the Chef or Kitchen Supervisor.

Candidate Requirements




- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Hardworking, punctual, and disciplined.
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of kitchen cleanliness and hygiene.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hotel kitchen.
- Previous hotel/restaurant kitchen experience will be an advantage but is not mandatory.
