We are looking for a results-driven SEO Specialist with hands-on experience in Google Ads to manage and improve our organic search presence as well as paid search campaigns. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of SEO strategies, keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, technical SEO, and Google Ads campaign management.

The candidate will be responsible for increasing website visibility, organic traffic, search rankings, lead generation, and overall digital marketing performance.
- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and website traffic.
- Perform on-page SEO including title tags, meta descriptions, headings, content optimization, internal linking, and URL optimization.
- Handle off-page SEO activities including link building, competitor analysis, and backlink management.
- Conduct technical SEO audits and identify issues affecting website performance and search rankings.
- Monitor website rankings, organic traffic, conversions, and other SEO KPIs.




- Monitor Google Search Console and Google Analytics for website performance and search trends.
- Create, manage, and optimize Google Search Ads, Display Ads, and remarketing campaigns.
- Manage campaign budgets, bids, keywords, negative keywords, and targeting.
- Monitor key metrics such as CPC, CTR, CPA, conversion rate, ROAS, and Quality Score.
- Identify opportunities to reduce acquisition costs and improve campaign ROI.
- Coordinate with the content/design team for landing pages and campaign creatives.
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in SEO and Google Ads.
- Solid understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
- Experience with keyword research and SEO tools.
- Hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
- Good understanding of Google Search Console and Google Analytics/GA4.
- Knowledge of Google Keyword Planner.
- Understanding of PPC metrics and conversion tracking.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
