Civil Planning Engineer (8-10 Years Experience)

Roles & Responsibilities

Project Planning & Scheduling
- Prepare detailed project schedules using Primavera P6/MS Project.
- Develop baseline programs, work breakdown structures (WBS), and construction methodologies.
- Prepare manpower, material, and equipment deployment plans.
- Define project milestones and critical activities

Project Monitoring & Control
- Track project progress against approved schedules.
- Monitor productivity, resource utilization, and project performance.
- Conduct critical path analysis and identify schedule risks.
- Implement corrective actions to address project delays.

Progress Reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Generate S-curves,



dashboards, and progress tracking reports.
- Present project status updates to management and clients.
- Maintain project documentation and planning records.
