Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage day-to-day accounting, journal entries, ledger scrutiny, AP/AR and reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly MIS, financial reports and variance analysis.
- Support budgeting, forecasting and management reporting.
- Handle/assist with GST, TDS and statutory compliance.
- Coordinate internal and external audits and provide required financial data.
- Ensure accuracy of books, documentation and financial controls.
- Work on ERP, Excel-based reporting and finance process improvements.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for finance-related requirements..
Job Requirements :
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 2–4 years of post-qualification experience.
- Strong experience in Finance & Accounts / Financial Accounting.
- Good knowledge of MIS, financial reporting, reconciliations and variance analysis.
- Hands-on exposure to GST, TDS, statutory compliance and audits.
- Strong MS Excel skills – Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and data analysis.
- Experience with SAP, Oracle, Tally or other ERP/accounting systems.
- Good understanding of AP, AR, GL and accounting processes.
- Solid analytical skills, attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
