Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR & IR Manager to manage end-to-end HR operations, industrial relations, employee engagement, statutory compliance, and workforce management at the plant.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage Industrial Relations (IR) and maintain a healthy relationship with employees, workmen, and unions.
- Handle workmen grievances, disciplinary actions, domestic enquiries, show-cause notices, and settlements.
- Manage union negotiations and support wage settlements/long-term settlements.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory regulations, and factory requirements.
- Manage contract labour, manpower deployment, attendance, leave, shifts, overtime, and payroll inputs.
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, transfers, promotions, and separations.
- Drive employee engagement, welfare activities,



training, and grievance-resolution mechanisms.
- Coordinate with government/labour authorities and manage labour-law inspections and notices.
- Maintain HR MIS and prepare reports related to manpower, absenteeism, attrition, overtime, productivity, and labour cost.
- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and disciplinary procedures.
- Partner with plant management to improve productivity, discipline, employee relations, and workforce efficiency.
- Ensure proper maintenance of personnel records and statutory registers.
