Role & responsibilities -

* Manage day-to-day showroom/store operations.

* Handle sales team and ensure monthly targets are achieved.

* Manage inventory, vehicle stock and accessories.

* Coordinate vehicle deliveries and documentation.

* Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues.

* Monitor leads, follow-ups and sales performance.

* Maintain daily sales, stock and expense reports.

* Coordinate with HO for stock, billing and operational requirements.

Preferred candidate profile -

* Required 2 to 4 years of experience in automobile/EV showroom or retail sales.

* Good communication and team management skills.

* Tamil & English required.

* Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge.

* Solid sales and customer-handling skills.

* Target-oriented and responsible.
