Cafe Assistant

Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and responsible Cafe Assistant to support the daily operations of our cafe. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, maintain cleanliness, assist with food and beverage preparation, and help ensure the cafe runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and take food and beverage orders.
- Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, snacks, and basic food items.
- Handle cash, card payments, and billing accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, counters, equipment, and service areas.
- Restock ingredients, beverages, packaging, and other supplies.
- Assist the kitchen and cafe team with daily tasks.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
- Respond politely to customer questions and requests.
- Help with opening and closing duties.




- Work as part of a team to provide fast and friendly service.

Requirements
- Previous cafe, restaurant, retail, or customer-service experience is preferred but not essential.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, polite, and customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety.
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.
- Ability to stand and work for extended periods.

Working Conditions
- Full time or part-time position.
- Flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays when required.
- On-the-job training will be provided.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
