- Responsible for overseeing the operations of a company. Lead all Department, develop strategic plans, manage resources and ensure the company achieves its objectives of growth, profitability, and overall success.
- Define and drive the overall design vision aligned with the firm’s turnkey corporate interior goals.
- Ensure concept-to-completion quality control across all projects (planning, execution, delivery).
- Establish design standards, guidelines & benchmarks for the organisation.
- Weekly review and optimisation in Design, Project, Procurement and BD Department to achieve Cost Competitive , Within time and Quality work.
- Review cross-functional design to reduce gaps and improve collaboration.




- Front Face & Lead During presentations For clients during pitching, positioning the firm as a strategic partner rather than a service provider .
- Translate client aspirations into innovative, cost-effective, and scalable Design Build solutions.
- Guiding Team in winning high-value projects through strategic design inputs during pitches and RFPs.

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
