SRM Prime Hospital is looking for a dedicated and patient-focused professional to join our Patient Care Services – Outpatient Department.

Position: Patient Care Services – Outpatient
Experience: Minimum 1 year
Location: West Mambalam

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and assist patients throughout the outpatient journey.
- Guide patients regarding consultations, investigations, billing and other hospital services.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses and other departments for smooth patient flow.
- Address patient queries and provide timely assistance.
- Maintain proper patient records and service-related documentation.
- Ensure a positive and professional patient experience.

Candidate Profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Patient Care Services / Patient Relations / Hospital Front Office / Outpatient Services.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patient-friendly attitude with good coordination skills.
- Prior experience in a hospital or healthcare workplace is preferred.
