About the Role:

The Area Channel Head (ACH) is responsible for driving channel sales and expanding the partner network within their designated region. This role focuses on two-way radios (DMR), Halo Sensors, Body-Worn Cameras (BWV), Pelco surveillance solutions, and Push-to-Talk Over Cellular (POC) devices. The ACH plays a key role in partner onboarding, revenue growth, and strategic channel development to ensure sustained business success.

Role & responsibilities

1. Channel Partner Development & Management
- Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners across clusters.
- Establish a B2B channel setup and strengthen the partner ecosystem.

2. Channel Partner Development & Management
- Work closely with Gold, Silver, and Registered partners to drive sales.
- Ensure partners meet revenue thresholds and qualify for tier-based benefits.
- Conduct regular business reviews and support partners in achieving their targets.

3. Sales & Revenue Growth
- Own and drive sales targets and P&L; for DMR, POC, BWV, Pelco,



and Halo Sensor products.
- Track and chase targets given to partners, ensuring consistent pipeline growth.
- Ensure availability of required DST team and drive them for funnel generation and deal closure
- Support partners in deal closures, pricing strategies, and margin optimization.
- Align sales strategies with overall business objectives and regional goals.

4. Lead Generation & Market Expansion
- Develop and execute strategies to generate and share leads with partners.
- Identify recent business opportunities and expand channel presence in 150+ cities across 19 states.
- Work with marketing teams to implement region-specific campaigns.

5. Product Training & Enablement
- Organize training sessions, product demonstrations, and knowledge-sharing programs.
- Ensure partners are well-versed in the technical and sales aspects of the products.
