Job Title: AI-Based Lead Generation Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Develop lead-generation strategies using AI tools.
- Identify and qualify potential B2B prospects.
- Use platforms such as LinkedIn and lead databases.
- Automate prospect research and outreach where appropriate.
- Maintain accurate CRM and prospect databases.
- Coordinate with sales teams for lead conversion.
- Monitor lead quality and campaign performance.
Requirements:
- 1+ year experience in lead generation.
- Knowledge of AI-based prospecting and automation tools.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Valuable written and verbal communication.
- Experience with CRM and Excel/Google Sheets preferred.
