Timing: Monday to Saturday, 09:00 AM – 06:00 PM
Education: B.Com / M.com / MBA- Finance.
Experience Required: 5+ Years

Job Duties: -

1. Maintain accurate financial records for all transactions across multiple jurisdictions.
2. Monitor cash flow and manage it in accordance with invoice amounts.
3. Budgeting and forecasting to ensure financial stability and growth.
4. Ensure compliance with tax regulations for India, including income tax, sales tax, and import/export duties.
5. Coordinate with tax professionals in each jurisdiction and provide support to optimize tax planning strategies and minimize tax liabilities.
6. Prepare regular financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, for management and stakeholders.
7. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and reporting requirements in each jurisdiction.

Manage payroll processing and compliance with company rules and regulations.
9. Establish and maintain internal controls to prevent fraud, errors, and misuse of company assets.
10. Conduct periodic financial audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
11. Effective communication and collaboration skills are essential for coordinating with clients, stakeholders, and teams located in different regions.
12. Purchase—sales and related accounting & documentation handling with stakeholders. 13. Daily miscellaneous mail communication and day-to-day related work and giving proper justification to it.
14. All secured and unsecured loads interest, EMI, TDS, GST calculation, and transaction-related work.
15. Miscellaneous tasks related to client office visits, bank visits, and tax professionals’ office visits as and if required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
