Our talent pool covers Software Development, Cloud & DevOps, Data & Analytics, AI/ML, Cybersecurity, QA, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and other specialised technology domains.
The new initiative will primarily focus on the Australian and Indian markets.

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Client Acquisition Consultant with proven experience working in the Australian and/or Indian IT staffing market.
The role is specifically focused on acquiring and onboarding new clients for Rolvatech's IT staffing and staff augmentation services.
This is not a full-time salaried position. The consultant will work on a flexible, performance-based engagement and will receive a fixed one-time payment for each successfully onboarded client.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify organisations with IT staffing, technology hiring, or workforce augmentation requirements.
- Leverage existing relationships with HR, Talent Acquisition, Procurement, IT, and business decision-makers.
- Approach and engage potential clients in the Australian and Indian markets.
- Generate genuine and qualified client opportunities.
- Introduce Rolvatech's IT staffing and staff augmentation capabilities.
- Arrange meetings between prospective clients and the Rolvat
