We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Reservation Manager to oversee the reservation process, manage bookings, coordinate with guests and internal departments, and ensure smooth and efficient room or service reservations.

Responsibilities
- Manage daily reservation operations and booking requests.
- Handle reservations through phone, email, website, OTAs, and other booking channels.
- Confirm, modify, and cancel reservations accurately.
- Monitor room/service availability, rates, and inventory.

Required Skills
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
- Strong knowledge of reservation procedures and booking systems.
- Good computer skills and knowledge of MS Office.
- Experience with PMS/Hotel Reservation Systems is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Valuable attention to detail.





Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in reservations, front office, hospitality, or a related role.
- Experience with hotel PMS/booking platforms is an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
