OPT Team Head / Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced OPT Team Head / Manager to lead our OPT recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in US Staffing, OPT recruitment, team management, candidate placements, and US immigration/employment processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the OPT recruitment team and drive placement targets.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment of OPT/CPT/STEM OPT candidates.
- Source, screen, interview, and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and internal teams on requirements and placements.
- Monitor team performance, submissions, interviews, and closures.
- Maintain recruitment reports and candidate databases.




- Ensure compliance with OPT and US employment regulations.
- Support candidate onboarding and provide a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications
- 6+ years of US Staffing/OPT recruitment experience, including team handling.
- Strong knowledge of OPT, CPT, STEM OPT, and US visa types.
- Good understanding of W2, C2C, and 1099 tax terms.
- Proven track record in candidate placements and team target achievement.
- Solid leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Note: Candidates must be comfortable working 100% onsite in Hyderabad during the night shift. No remote option or cab facility is available.
