Role Description
The Interior Site Engineer is a full-time, in office role based in Bidhannagar,



responsible for overseeing interior construction activities and ensuring that work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. The role involves daily coordination with contractors, vendors, and consultants, monitoring progress against schedules, and resolving on-site issues to keep activities aligned with project plans. The Interior Site Engineer will conduct regular quality checks, verify materials and workmanship, and support structural and civil engineering aspects relevant to interior works. The position also includes maintaining site documentation, preparing progress reports, and communicating updates to project managers and stakeholders to support transparency and timely decision-making. The engineer is expected to uphold safety practices on site and contribute to continuous improvement of processes and outcomes.
