HR Recruiter

Job Summary

We are looking for a HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions. The role involves candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, salary negotiation, offer management, and onboarding while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT, Non-IT, and EdTech roles.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, job portals, referrals, and social media.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up on feedback.
- Manage candidate pipelines and ensure positions are closed within defined TAT.
- Negotiate salaries and coordinate offer rollouts.
- Support new-joiner onboarding and documentation.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, ATS, and candidate databases.
- Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.
- Support employer branding, job fairs, and campus hiring activities when required.

Requirements




- 1–3 years of recruitment experience in IT, Non-IT, EdTech, or similar industries.
- Strong hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Positive knowledge of ATS and MS Excel.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Volume hiring experience and immediate availability will be an advantage.

Key Performance Areas

Quality and volume of sourcing, interview coordination, hiring TAT, offer-to-join conversion, candidate experience, and recruitment pipeline management.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
