Job Overview

We are seeking a high-energy, customer-focused Relationship Manager to join our MG EV sales team in Nashik. In this role, you will lead customer engagements, present flagship MG electric vehicle offerings, and drive vehicle adoption across the region. This position offers a competitive fixed salary paired with one of the most lucrative, uncapped incentive structures in the automotive sector.

Key Responsibilities
- Consultative Sales: Educate prospective buyers on MG's EV portfolio (ZS EV, Windsor EV, Comet EV), presenting total cost of ownership (TCO), battery health, range capabilities, and smart technology features.
- Lead Management & Conversion: Handle walk-in prospective buyers, digital inquiries, and showroom leads via the Dealer Management System (DMS) to build a robust pipeline.
- Test Drive Management: Deliver premium, interactive test-drive experiences that demonstrate performance, safety features,



and smart connected tech.
- Charging Ecosystem Support: Assist buyers with home charging assessment setups, installation workflows, and local DISCOM/society approval guidance.
- Deal Structuring: Coordinate with finance, insurance, and trade-in evaluation desks to provide smooth, one-stop buying experiences.
- Customer Relationship Building: Maintain post-sale rapport with buyers to secure high customer satisfaction scores (CSI) and generate organic referral leads.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Any Graduate degree (BBA, Marketing, or Business-related fields preferred).
- Experience: 1–4 years of proven track record in automobile sales, premium retail, or consumer durables (EV experience is a plus).
- Language Skills: Fluency in Marathi, Hindi, and English.
- Local Knowledge: Deep familiarity with Nashik and surrounding regional markets.
- Essentials: Valid 4-wheeler driving
