A Principal Interior Designer acts as the creative and business head of a design studio or project. They lead marquee projects, manage client relations, set aesthetic and quality standards, and mentor junior design staff
Preferred candidate profile :
- Design Leadership: Set overall style and aesthetic goals for marquee projects.
- Client Relations: Meet key clients, pitch concepts, and manage expectations.
- Team Mentorship: Coach and guide junior or senior design team members.
- Project Oversight: Monitor site progress, budgets, and timelines.
- Technical Compliance: Ensure designs meet local building codes, safety rules, and material standards
- Monitor In-House Sales : Review and Monitor Sales Team
- Experience: 10 to 12+ years of skilled design experience with a track record of leading complex projects
- Education: Bachelors degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or Architectur
- Software Skills: Mastery of tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and rendering software (V-Ray, Enscape).
