We're looking for a
Senior Product Designer with 4-6 years
of experience who knows design deeply and communicates it clearly. Someone who can own a project from brief to delivery, lead design decisions with confidence, and articulate the thinking behind their work.

Responsibilities
- Own the product design process end-to-end, from brief and discovery through to final handoff.
- Make and defend design decisions with clear rationale across clients, engineers, and internal teams.
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI mockups.
- Work closely with engineering to ensure design intent is accurately implemented.
- Lead design reviews and present work to clients with clarity.
- Contribute to design systems and component libraries.
- Mentor junior designers and maintain a high quality bar across the team.

Requirements
- 4-6 years of product design experience (mandatory).
- Robust portfolio showing design depth: systems thinking, interaction design, and visual craft.
- Ability to explain every design decision, not just present the output.
- Strong communication skills across clients, engineers, and designers.
- Proficiency in Figma (mandatory).
- Fluency with AI design tools.
- Some knowledge of branding and brand systems is a plus.
- Formal design education preferred.
