Job Summary BharatIndus Metals is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Senior Sales Executive / Business Development Manager to expand our business across South India. The ideal candidate should have strong industry connections and proven experience in project sales involving builders, contractors, consultants, architects, EPC companies, government departments, and industrial customers. The candidate should possess solid knowledge of the lift/elevator industry, switchgear, steel products, construction materials,



landscaping projects, and government tendering processes. The role requires extensive travel across South India to develop new business opportunities and strengthen customer relationships. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities across South India. Generate sales from builders, real estate developers, contractors, architects, consultants, EPC companies, industrial customers, and government departments. Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers. Promote the company's products and solutions through client meetings, presentations, and project discussions. Prepare techno-commercial quotations and negotiate pricing and contracts. Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure and payment collection.
