Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle customer queries and provide timely assistance related to our payday loan products and services. The candidate will be responsible for managing customer calls, resolving queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to payday loan products and services.
- Assist customers with queries related to loan applications, loan status, repayments, due dates, and other services.
- Provide accurate and clear information regarding company policies and processes.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns professionally and within the defined timelines.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as Operations, Credit, Collections, and Finance for query resolution.




- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and update customer details in the CRM/system.
- Follow up on pending customer queries until resolution.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the Team Leader or Reporting Manager.
- Maintain professional communication and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Follow company policies, compliance requirements, and data confidentiality standards.
- Meet assigned performance and quality targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate or undergraduate candidates may apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer systems.
- Ability to handle customers professionally and patiently.
- Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment.
- Previous experience in Customer Support, BPO, Banking, Financial Services, NBFC, or Loan Processing will be preferred.
