Roles and Responsibilities :
- Operate tablets coating machine to ensure proper application of coatings on pills.
- Monitor and control the compression process to maintain consistent product quality.
- Perform granulation tasks such as mixing, blending, and sizing of ingredients.
- Ensure compliance with Valuable Manufacturing Practices (GMP) guidelines during production operations.
Job Requirements :
- 1-6 years of experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in operating tablets coating machines, compressors, and other related equipment.
- Knowledge of granulation processes including mixing, blending, and sizing techniques.
- Familiarity with GMP regulations and industry standards.
