Role & responsibilities

Proficient in:

System Administration
- Manage and maintain the IFS FSM application, including servers, environments, and configurations.
- Perform routine system health checks, monitoring, and performance tuning.
- Apply patches, hotfixes, and upgrades in coordination with IFS support and IT teams.
- Open and coordinate on Tickets with IFS.

User & Security Management
- Create, manage, and maintain user accounts, roles and permissions.
- Ensure compliance with company security standards and data governance policies.

Configuration & Customization
- Configure FSM modules (Workforce Scheduling, Work Orders, Inventory, Contracts, Billing, etc.) as per business requirements.
- Support business process improvements by enabling appropriate system features and workflows.

Integration & Data Management




- Support and troubleshoot FSM integrations with ERP, CRM, and other enterprise systems.
- Oversee data imports/exports, synchronization and system interfaces.

Work with APIs, OData, and middleware tools to ensure smooth integrations.

Preferred candidate profile
- Experience with IFS Cloud FSM (latest versions).
- Solid knowledge of IFS FSM modules and business processes (field service, scheduling, contracts, inventory, etc.).
- Experience in managing FSM mobile applications for field technicians.
- Hands-on experience with system configuration, role-based security, and workflow management.
- Knowledge of SQL, OData, APIs, and integration frameworks.
