Fresher Mechanical/Chemical/Polymer/Environmental engineering candidates who want to build their career in quality compliance should apply

Key Responsibilities: -
- Review and Approve Supplier data submissions in IMDS related website.
- Confirm compliance with the European Union End of Life Vehicle (ELV) Substance restrictions on Mercury, Lead, Hexavalent Chromium, and Cadmium.
- Confirm compliance with the OEM’s material specifications.
- Track supplier compliance status to the IMDS and ELV guidelines.
- Communicate to suppliers in case of Material Data Sheet rejections via email or meeting and follow up to resolve the issue.
- Understanding of GADSL and Application codes used in IMDS system.
- Ensure all material declarations are complete, accurate, and submitted on time.
- Liaison with Quality Engineers, Program Managers, Suppliers, Design Engineers, etc. to resolve legislative compliance issues.
- Monitor changes in regulations and standards and assess their impact on product compliance.
- Maintain an up-to-date database of compliance records and certification.




- Support Supplier and Customer Quality Engineers to approve PPAP on time.
- Maintain database of all approved/rejected parts using MS Excel.

Required Skills: -
- Basic understanding of automotive components and materials.
- Basic knowledge of IMDS and material compliance is preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Valuable written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate and follow up effectively with suppliers.
- Willingness to learn automotive product compliance requirements.

Preferred Skills: -
- Basic knowledge of IMDS and environmental regulations like REACH, ELV, GADSL in the automotive.
- Familiarity with engineering BOM and material specifications.
- Experience with ERP/PLM systems is an advantage.
- Willing to work in shifts and hybrid model if required.
