About the Role

We are looking for a Founder Personal Brand & PR Executive who will work closely with our founders to build and manage their personal brands across social media and external media.

This is a highly hands-on role combining content strategy, social media, content creation, founder storytelling and PR.

The person will work directly with the founders to understand their perspectives, experiences, opinions and areas of expertise, and translate them into engaging social content, thought leadership and media opportunities.

We are particularly interested in candidates who have worked with founders, CXOs, entrepreneurs, creators or public-facing professionals and understand how to build an individual's voice rather than simply manage a company social media page.

What You Will Own

1. Founder Personal Branding
- Own and manage the personal social media presence of the founders across platforms such as LinkedIn and Instagram.
- Develop content strategies for each founder based on their personality, expertise, interests and business journey.




- Build and maintain distinct content voices for different founders.
- Identify stories, opinions, experiences and business insights that can be converted into content.
- Build and manage a structured content calendar.
- Stay updated on relevant industry conversations, trends and topical opportunities.
- Identify opportunities for founders to participate in relevant conversations and build thought leadership.

2. Content Strategy & Creation
- Personally ideate, create and execute content for founder profiles.
- Convert founder conversations, meetings, experiences, opinions and observations into compelling social media content.
- Develop LinkedIn posts, Instagram Reels, carousels, short-form videos, stories and other relevant formats.
- Write solid hooks, captions, scripts and thought-leadership content.
- Repurpose podcasts, interviews, events, panels and other founder appearances into multiple content assets.
