Job Description:

1. Sales Target - Achieving sales targets - Order booking and coordinating with commercial for execution

2. Customer Satisfaction - Understanding customer requirements and conveying relevant feedback to the Company - Creating and maintaining ambience in the stores to improve customer experience 3. Showroom Administration - Assisting the store manager in statutory compliance management - Coordinating with product supply and service teams - Understanding of Infor system to be used for order booking

4. Organizational Imperatives - Team Development: Fostering the growth and development of team members and subordinates.



- Formulate plans and track metrics for key business processes under Enterprise Risk Management - Achieving Operational Excellence through Kaizen and CII Business Excellence - Understanding and ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements and internal processes.

REQUISITE QUALIFICATION

Graduate in any discipline

REQUISITE WORK EXPERIENCE

2 years of work experience in Retail Sales
