Job DescriptionWe are hiring a vigilant and organized Control Room Incharge to manage our centralized surveillance command center, oversee operators, and ensure immediate response to security incidents. [1, 2]Key Responsibilities:
- Live Monitoring: Supervise continuous live feeds; detect threats, unauthorized access, and operational breaches. [1, 2, 3, 4]
- Team Management: Manage operator shifts, assign monitoring zones, and ensure adherence to SOPs. [1]
- Incident Response: Lead emergency protocols during breaches, fire alarms, or medical crises; coordinate with field teams and local authorities.
- System Maintenance: Conduct daily health checks on VMS (Video Management Software), servers, and NVRs; log camera downtime for field techs.
- Data & Compliance: Manage video data retrieval, bookmark incidents, and export footage securely for evidence or management audits.

Requirements:
- Experience:



3–5 years in a centralized CCTV command center, with at least 1 year in a supervisory/incharge role.
- Tech Skills: Expert in enterprise VMS platforms (e.g., Milestone, Genetec, HikCentral, DSS). Matrix-screen setup and video wall control experience required.
- Soft Skills: High alertness, sharp analytical skills, and clear communication under pressure.
- Shift: Willingness to work in a 24/7 rotational shift setting.
