Job Title: Sales Executive – Biopharma Equipment

Location: Hyderabad / Pune/Ahmedabad

Required Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical, Chemical, Biotechnology, or Instrumentation).

*5–8 years of sales experience in capital equipment or process systems in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology sector.

*Understanding of bioprocess equipment (fermenters, bioreactors, CIP/SIP systems, filtration units) is a strong advantage.

*Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

*Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory and occasionally to other client locations

Role Summary:

We are looking for driven and dynamic Sales Executives based in Hyderabad , Pune & Ahmedabad to expand our reach in key pharmaceutical and biotechnology hubs. The role involves identifying opportunities, engaging with clients, understanding technical requirements, and closing sales of capital equipment and turnkey process systems.

Key Responsibilities:

*Identify and engage prospective clients in the biopharma, vaccine,



and biotech sectors within the assigned territory.

*Develop and maintain robust client relationships with decision-makers in production, engineering, procurement, and R&D; departments.

*Understand customer URS and coordinate with the proposals team to prepare customized technical and commercial offers.

*Conduct technical discussions, presentations, and product demonstrations as needed.

*Track tenders, RFQs, and market developments in key accounts.

*Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery timelines in alignment with company policy.

*Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, execution, service) to ensure seamless handover and client satisfaction.

*Provide market intelligence and feedback to management for strategic planning.

Preferred Attributes:

*Experience in B2B technical sales or project-based sales.

*Familiarity with regulatory requirements (cGMP, US FDA, WHO) and custome
