Key Responsibilities:

1. Site Supervision:
- Assist in day-to-day supervision of construction activities.
- Monitor contractors, labor, and sub-contractors.
- Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and safety standards.

2. Technical Support:
- Interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Ensure the availability and proper use of tools, materials, and equipment.

3. Quality Control:
- Conduct regular quality checks.
- Report deviations or issues to the Site Engineer or Project Manager.

4. Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain daily site reports and activity logs.
- Assist in measurement sheets, material records, and progress reports.

5. Coordination:
- Coordinate with the design team, contractors, and suppliers.
- Assist in material planning and delivery follow-up.

6. Health & Safety:
- Follow and enforce safety protocols on site.
- Report hazards and participate in safety meetings.
