Role & responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end digital marketing strategy focused on generating high-intent MQLs and pipeline growth.
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, PPC, and ABM campaigns across India and APAC.
- Lead ETP's transition from traditional SEO to AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and AI-driven search visibility.
- Manage website performance, CRO initiatives, GTM tracking, analytics, and CRM attribution.
- Own marketing automation, lead nurturing, and seamless integration with Zoho CRM.
- Monitor and improve online reputation across G2, Capterra, Gartner Peer Insights, and other review platforms.
- Drive thought leadership, content marketing, social media, and employee advocacy initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with Sales to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and pipeline velocity.
- Leverage AI tools to improve campaign performance, content optimization, reporting, and operational efficiency.

Preferred candidate profile
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing,



with at least 3 years in B2B SaaS or Enterprise Software.
- Strong expertise in LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads (PPC), SEO, and Demand Generation. Candidates with a primary background in Meta Ads alone will not be a fit.
- Prior experience working in a fast-paced Digital Marketing Agency or high-growth SaaS/Product organization is highly preferred.
- Proven experience generating enterprise B2B leads and managing full-funnel performance marketing campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, CRM (Zoho/HubSpot/Salesforce), Marketing Automation, and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
- Good understanding of AI-powered search (AEO/GEO), Technical SEO, and AI marketing tools.
- Demonstrates high ownership, curiosity, positive attitude, and a proactive approach to learning products and markets.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to thrive in a agile, collaborative environment.
