Position Summary
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, identifying prospective clients, conducting sales meetings, understanding client requirements, presenting company solutions, preparing commercial proposals, coordinating with internal teams, and converting qualified leads into long-term business relationships.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, relationship-building,



and consultative selling skills with the ability to achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation
- Identify and generate new B2B sales opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, referrals, networking and databases.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Research prospective organizations across multiple industries.
- Identify key decision-makers including HR Heads, Directors, CXOs, Plant Heads, and Business Owners.

Client Acquisition
- Schedule meetings and presentations with prospective clients.
- Understand client pain points related to HR, Payroll, Compliance and Labour Law requirements.
- Recommend suitable company services based on business requirements.
- Prepare customized proposals and commercial quotations.

Sales & Revenue Generation
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Convert qualified leads into successful business opportunities.
