The Role
We are looking for a Sales Executive who can represent the AKS brand on the shop floor and deliver a premium, highly personalised shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and understand customers' requirements, occasion and personal style.
- Recommend outfits across sherwanis, bandhgalas, kurtas, Jodhpuri suits, jackets and contemporary menswear.
- Drive sales and achieve individual and store targets.
- Build solid relationships with customers and encourage repeat visits.
- Maintain solid product and fabric knowledge.
- Assist customers with sizing, styling, alterations and customisation.
- Follow up with prospective and existing customers through calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain excellent presentation and visual standards on the shop floor.
- Coordinate with tailoring, alterations and store teams to ensure smooth order delivery.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
What We're Looking For
- 1–4 years of experience in premium/luxury retail sales preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of fashion, styling and menswear.
- Confident, well-groomed and comfortable interacting with high-value customers.
- Strong sales orientation with a service-first attitude.
- Fluency in English and Hindi; regional language is an advantage.
- Someone who is energetic, ambitious and genuinely interested in fashion.
