Production Manager / Plant Head ( Sealing Products) required
Qualification: BE Mechanical / DME
Experience: 10–15 years
Industry: Sealing / Automotive Manufacturing
Location: As per company requirement

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage overall plant production operations as Plant Head.
- Plan, monitor and achieve production targets with optimum manpower and resources.
- Handle current plant setup, including production planning, machinery installation, manpower and process development.
- Manage production, quality, maintenance and operational activities.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety and delivery standards.
- Drive productivity improvement, cost reduction and process optimization.
- Develop and implement SOPs, production systems and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with customers,



suppliers and internal departments for smooth plant operations.
- Lead and motivate production and shop-floor teams.
- Ensure timely delivery and achievement of production KPIs.

Candidate Profile:
BE Mechanical / DME with 10–15 years of relevant experience, preferably in automotive components / sealing products manufacturing, with strong experience in plant operations, new plant setup, production & quality management, and the capability to independently function as a Plant Head.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
