Hiring: Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR Specialist | Fast Formulas Expert

Location: Pan India (Hybrid) Experience: 8+ Years

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant specializing in Core HR and Fast Formulas. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in functional and technical aspects of HCM, with proven experience in end-to-end implementations and advanced Fast Formula development.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR implementations.
- Design, configure, and optimize Core HR processes including workforce structures, employment models, and person management.
- Develop and maintain Fast Formulas for payroll, benefits, absence, and time & labor.
- Conduct requirement workshops, CRP, SIT, UAT, and support go-live activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Payroll, Benefits, Talent, OTL) for seamless integration.
- Provide best practice guidance and resolve functional/technical issues.




- Document business processes, configurations, and testing outcomes.
- Deliver client training and post-implementation support.

Required Skills
- 8+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR & Rapid Formulas.
- Strong knowledge of Core HR processes: workforce structures, employment lifecycle, and person management.
- Expertise in Fast Formula development: payroll calculations, benefits eligibility, absence accruals, and time rules.
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end Fusion HCM implementations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in hybrid mode and manage client interactions effectively.

Preferred Skills
- Exposure to other Fusion HCM modules (Payroll, Benefits, Talent, OTL).
