Role Summary:
This role involves facilitating continuous improvement implementation at the business level. Shall lead/facilitate cross-functional teams in the application of Continuous improvement tools to achieve process improvements.



Accountable for teaching/coaching Lean enterprise methods and integrating with the business to form and execute business improvement plans that deliver tangible benefits to business performance. This role will contribute to build a people-first culture that delivers significant business results.

Responsibilities:
- Develops an OPEX deployment and roll-out plan to support the Plant and Platform business targets.
- Leads the current state analysis and future state design of processes and identifies improvement opportunities and projects.
- Supports the plant teams to prioritize, scope the OPEX activities and align these to Plant / Platform objectives.
- Supports the plants with the OPEX implementation by conducting improvement events / projects (Line functions and working groups are responsible for implementation results)
- Conducts training on needed methods and tools to support competency building for the workgroups.
- Conducts coaching and performs assessments to ensure methodologies are applied correctly and deliver results.
- Supports the Plant Man
